One of the most important facets of what motivates the educational approach at Yeshiva Bais Yehudah Boys School is the staunch belief that every child must be taught and every child can succeed.
The Yeshiva Beth Yehudah Boys School’s goal is to provide boys in grades Pre1A-8 the tools they need to move on successfully to the next stage in their education, and in life. Our Eighth Grade Graduates should be prepared with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to gain entry into the Mesivta/High School of their choice. Our curricula, both in Limudei Kodesh and Limudei Chol are skill-based and cumulative, throughout Elementary and Middle School. We believe that strong reading skills are essential to success in learning at all grade levels and our intensive and all inclusive Kriah program builds on the Hebrew reading skills that begin in Pre1A.
Our Rabbeim and Teachers are professional, talented and truly caring educators who take their responsibilities extremely seriously. We recognize that teaching is not limited to teaching material and curriculum. Rather, it is as much about teaching as it is about reaching the child as a person and instilling children with confidence and love towards learning Torah and Avodas Hashem. Our Rabbeim and Teachers form wonderful relationships with their students. These relationships often open the key to a child’s heart, his mind, and his confidence and success.
Educating the whole child requires us to provide services for children with learning challenges, social skills challenges, language and processing challenges, and much more. Our teachers with expertise in various areas of special education address those needs in both the Limudei Kodesh and Secular Studies Departments. We also have staff, including a dedicated Rebbi, for those children who require a bit more than what is being taught in the classroom.
We believe Chinuch is a process, and we are privileged to share in this exciting process of educating children with you, his parents.
