The

Dembs Mission Fund

The Dembs Mission Fund

The Dembs and Lesson families created this fund in the merit of their beloved Ryan z”l in order to sustain his legacy and memory. Dennis Dembs very generously supported the first ever Ryan Dembs Mission to Israel which helped 41 women experience the wonder and beauty of their Jewish heritage and deeply connect with our brothers and sisters in Israel during this difficult time. His support, and that of the entire family, will impact the entire Detroit Jewish community, because every mitzvah and act of kindness performed by the participants while in Israel and continuing since their return in late May will surely serve to elevate both Ryan’s and Denny Dembs’ memory.

This fund will help perpetuate this gift and help continue the mission begun by the Dembs and Lesson families.

A thriving, flourishing Yeshiva means a thriving, flourishing Jewish Detroit.

Thanks to generous supporters like you, we can keep our doors open — and keep building generations of committed Jewish families.

“Those young people...their sense of passion...comes from a spirit deep within them, the people who look after them, and the community of Detroit.”
